इस टैब के द्वारा जिस पेज पर वर्कशीट को प्रिंट करना हो उस पेज की थीम, पेज मार्जिन, पेज की स्थिति ,पेज ब्रेक, पेज की बैकग्राउंड, मैटर की स्केलिंग , चित्रों की स्थिति समायोजित की जाती है।

This tab adjusts the theme of the page on which the worksheet is to be printed, the page margin, the position of the page, the page break, the background of the page, the scaling of the matter, the position of the images.

थीम, Themes-:

इस ग्रुप की सहायता से पूरे अभिलेख का खाका बदला जा सकता है जैसे रंग Font तथा प्रभाव।

With the help of this group, the layout of the entire record can be changed such as color, font and effect.

Page Setup,पेज सेटअप -:

इस ग्रुप की सहायता से पेज का आकार, मार्जिन, स्थिति, विभिन्न प्रकार के ब्रेक इत्याद निम्न प्रकार समायोजित किये जाते हैं।
With the help of this group, page size, margins, position, different types of breaks, etc. are adjusted as follows.

मार्जिन,Margins-:

मार्जिन के अंतर्गत दी गई लाइब्रेरी में से कोई भी मार्जन चुनकर वर्कशीट पर एप्लाई किया जा सकता है। इसके अंदर प्रदत कस्टम मार्जिन द्वारा पेज सेटअप डायलॉग बॉक्स का मार्जन टैब खुल जाता है। इसके द्वारा चारों ओर के मार्जिन तथा हेडर और फुटर के मार्जिन समायोजित किये जा सकते हैं। इसके द्वारा मैटर का क्षैतिज तथा ऊर्ध्वाधर एलाइनमेंट भी किया जा सकता है।

ओरियंटेशन, Orientation-:

इस ऑप्शंस के द्वारा पेज की स्थिति आडी तथा लंबी बदली जा सकती है।

पेज साइज, Page Size-:

इस ऑप्शन के द्वारा पेज का आकार दी गई सूची में से चुन सकते हैं इसके अलावा अन्य आकार के लिए मोर पेज पेपर साइज पर क्लिक करते ही पेज सेटअप डायलॉग बॉक्स के अंतर्गत पेज टैब खुल जाता है।

प्रिंट एरिया , Print Area-:

इस ऑप्शन की सहायता से हम सीट के अंतर्गत सिलेक्टेड एरिया को प्रिंट के लिए मार्क कर सकते हैं।

पेज ब्रेक,Page bricks-:

पेज ब्रेक कमांड की सहायता से छपी हुई प्रति के अंतर्गत पृष्ठ बदलने के लिए पेज ब्रेक लगाए जाते हैं यह सिलेक्टेड सेल्स के ऊपर तथा बाई और लगता है।

With the help of the page break command, page breaks are applied to change the page under the printed copy, it appears above and to the left of the selected cells.

बैकग्राउंड, Background-:

इस ऑप्शंस द्वारा किसी इमेजेस को वर्कशीट की बैकग्राउंड लगाया जा सकता है।

प्रिंट टाइटल ,Print Title-:

प्रिंट टाइटल की सहायता से किसी पंक्ति अथवा स्तंभ को हर एक छपने वाले पृष्ठ का शीर्षक बनाया जा सकता है।

With the help of Print Title, a row or column can be made the title of each printed page.

स्केल टू फिट ,Scale To Fit-:

इस ग्रुप की सहायता से छपने वाले मैटर की चौड़ाई अथवा लम्बाई को कम किया जा सकता है जिससे अधिक से अधिक पेज एक पन्ने पर छप सके इस ग्रुप की सहायता से छपने वाले मैटर को प्रदर्शित के आधार पर उसके वास्तविक आकार से बड़ा अथवा छोटा किया जा सकता है।

सीट ऑप्शन, Sheet Option-:

इस ग्रुप की सहायता से स्तंभों तथा पंक्तियों के मध्य लाइन का स्क्रीन तथा प्रिंट पर दिखाया अथवा हटाया जा सकता है जिससे मैटर को पढ़ने तथा उसका संपादन करने में आसानी हो। इसके द्वारा स्तंभ तथा पंक्ति के शीर्षक को भी स्क्रीन तथा प्रिंट पर दिखाया अथवा हटाया जा सकता है।

अरेंज, Arrange-:

इस ग्रुप की सहायता से अरेंज ऑप्शन में इसके अंतर्गत निहित कमांड द्वारा ऑब्जेक्ट का क्रम तथा स्थिति बदलकर व्यवस्थित किया जा सकता है। तथा दो या दो से अधिक ऑब्जेक्ट को ग्रुप किया जा सकता है इसके अंतर्गत दी गई सिलेक्शन पेन कमांड द्वारा सलेक्शन से सिलेक्शन खुल जाती है।
