वर्कशीट के अंतर्गत विभिन्न प्रकार की टेबल चार्ट, डायग्राम, इत्याद इस टैब की सहायता  से  किये जा सकते हैं.

Various types of tables, charts, diagrams, etc. can be done with the help of this tab under the worksheet.

Tables,टेबल्स -:

वर्कशीट के अंतर्गत डाटा के प्रबंधन तथा विश्लेषण के लिए टेबल तैयार की जाती  जिसकी सहायता से डाटा की फॉर्मेटिंग, फिल्टरिंग तथा सॉर्टिंग बहुत ही सरलतापूर्वक हो जाती है। इसके अंतर्गत दी पाइवट टेबल की सहायता से जटिल से जटिल डेटाबेस का सारांश बनाया जा सकता है तथा पिवट  चार्ट भी तैयार किया जा सकता है।

Tables are prepared for the management and analysis of data under the worksheet, with the help of which formatting, filtering and sorting of data is done very easily. Under this, with the help of the Pivot Table, complex to complex databases can be summarized and pivot charts can also be prepared.

 इलस्ट्रेशन ,Illustration-:

इंसर्ट टैब के अंतर्गत आने वाले इस ग्रुप के अंतर्गत, पिक्चर,फ्लिपआर्ट ,शेप्स ,स्मार्टआर्ट, स्क्रीनशॉट हैं।  

Under this group under the Insert tab, there are Picture, FlipArt, Shapes, SmartArt, Screenshot.

 पिक्चर,PictureTool-:

पिक्चर बटन द्वारा किसी फाइल से पिक्चर इंसर्ट कर वर्कशीट में लगाई जा सकती हैं ।

Picture buttons can be inserted into a worksheet by inserting a picture from a file.

फ्लिपकआर्ट बटन,Clipart Tool-:

फ्लिपआर्ट  बटन पर क्लिक करते ही  क्लिप आर्ट पट्टी खुल जाती है जिस में दिए गए चित्र रेखा चित्र वीडियो तथा ऑडियो क्लिप को अपनी वर्कशीट में जोड़ सकते हैं ।

Clicking on the ClipArt button opens the Clipart bar in which you can add the given pictures, diagrams, video and audio clips to your worksheet.

शेप्स टूल ,Shapes Tool-:

शेप्स टूल पर क्लिक करने पर एक पुल डाउन मेनू खुल जाता है जिसके अंतर्गत विभिन्न केटेगिरी  के अंदर कई प्रकार की शेप्स  दी गई होती हैं जिसमें से कोई भी शेप्स  चुनकर  वर्कशीट में इंसर्ट कर सकते हैं
Clicking on the Shapes tool opens a pull-down menu, under which various types of shapes are given under different categories, from which any shape can be selected and inserted in the worksheet.

स्मार्ट आर्ट,Smartart Tool-:

स्मार्ट आर्ट ग्राफिक्स द्वारा जानकारी को एक ग्राफिकल  प्रेजेंटेशन  जैसे फ्लोचार्ट, ऑर्गेनाइजेशन चार्ट, वेन डायग्राम के तौर पर वर्कशीट में डाल सकते हैं

Through Smart Art Graphics, information can be put in a worksheet as a graphical presentation such as flowchart, organization chart, Venn diagram

स्क्रीनशॉट,Screemsot-:

स्क्रीनशॉट पर मौजूद सभी विंडोज जो की मिनिमाइज ना हो की  छायाप्रति वर्कशीट में इंसर्ट कर सकते हैं

You can insert photocopies of all windows on the screenshot, which are not minimized, in the worksheet.

चार्ट,Chart -: 

 डाटा की तुलनात्मक ग्राफिकल प्रस्तुतीकरण के लिए इस ग्रुप की सहायता से भिन्न भिन्न प्रकार के वर्गों जैसे कॉलम, पाई,  लाइन, एरिया, इत्याद  के अंतर्गत प्रदत विभिन्न विकल्पों द्वारा चार्ट  का निर्माण किया जा सकता है. 

For comparative graphical presentation of data, CHART can be created using different options provided under different types of sections like column, pie, line, area, etc. with the help of this group.

स्पार्कलाइन,Sparklines -:

एक्सेल 2010 के अंतर्गत यह ऑप्शन पहली बार डाला गया है। स्पार्कलाइन एक्सल वर्कशीट पर प्रदर्शित होने वाले चार्ट की तरह एक ऑब्जेक्ट नहीं है वास्तव में यह सेल  की बैकग्राउंड पर प्रदर्शित होने वाला एक लघु चार्ट है.इसकी  सहायता से डेटाबेस पर आधारित एक्सएल के अंतर्गत प्रदर्शित होने वाले चार्ट तैयार किए जा सकते हैं। स्पार्कलाइन के अधिकतम प्रभाव के लिए इसको डाटा के समीप रखा जाता है।

This option is introduced for the first time under Excel 2010. A Sparkline is not an object like a chart displayed on an Excel worksheet, in fact it is a miniature chart displayed on the background of a cell. With its help, charts that can be displayed within Excel can be created based on a database. It is placed close to the data for maximum effect of the Sparkline.

फिल्टर,Filter -:

फ़िल्टर  ग्रुप के अंतर्गत दीया एक मात्र प्रतीक Cilcer है। जो पिवट  टेबल डाटा को फिल्टर करने के लिए बटन प्रदान करता है तथा त्वरित फिल्टरिंग के लिए silcer  फिल्टर की वास्तिविक  स्थिति दर्शाता है। जिससे समझा जा सकता है कि फिल्टरिंग के पश्चात की रिपोर्ट टेबल रिपोर्ट में क्या दिखेगा।  

Diya is the only symbol in the Filter group. Which provides buttons to filter the pivot table data and shows the actual position of the silcer filter for quick filtering. By which it can be understood that what will be seen in the report table report after filtering. 

लिंक, Link-:

लिंक ग्रुप के अंतर्गत प्रदत एकमात्र कमांड हाइपरलिंक द्वारा वेबपेज, पिक्चर्स, ईमेल एड्रेस, अथवा किसी प्रोग्राम से लिंक तैयार किया जा सकता है।
A link to a webpage, picture, email address, or program can be created by  Hyperlink, the only command provided within the link group.

टेक्स्ट,Text-:

टेक्स्ट ग्रुप के अंतर्गत टेक्स्ट बॉक्स द्वारा वर्कबुक पर कहीं पर भी टैक्सबॉक्स  बनाया जा सकता है।  Textboxes can be created anywhere on the workbook by text boxes within a text group.

हेडर एंड फूटर,Header & Footer-:

हेडर एंड फूटर पर लिखी गई जानकारी ऊपर या नीचे हर प्रिंटिड पेज पर प्रदर्शित होती है।Information written on the header and footer is displayed at the top or bottom of each printed page.

वर्ड आर्ट,Word Art-:

वर्ड आर्ट  द्वारा विभिन्न प्रभाव से सजी टैक्स इन्सर्ट  किये जा सकते हैं। 
Taxes decorated with various effects can be inserted through word art. 

हस्ताक्षर  लाइन,Signature Line-:

हस्ताक्षर  लाइन द्वारा हस्ताक्षर रेखा इन्सर्ट की जाती है, जिस पर हस्ताक्षर करता विशेष रूप से अंकित होता है। इसमें डिजिटल हस्ताक्षर को भी अभिलेख में प्रयुक्त किया जा सकता है।

The signature line is inserted by the signature line, on which the signer is specially marked. In this digital signature can also be used in the record.

ऑब्जेक्ट, Object -:

ऑब्जेक्ट अभिलेख में ऑब्जेक्ट ऑब्जेक्ट इन्सर्ट  कर देता है।
Inserts the object object into the object record.

सिम्बल्स ,Symbols-:

इस ग्रुप की सहायता से गणितीय समीकरण तैयार कर तथा विभिन्न चिन्ह  स्लाइड्स में इन्सर्ट  किये  जा सकते हैं।

With the help of this group, mathematical equations can be prepared and various symbols can be inserted in the slides.

सिंबल द्वारा कॉपीराइट्स चिन्ह, ट्रेडमार्क चिन्ह , ग्रीक चिन्ह , पाई , अल्फा, बीटा ,गामा ,इत्याद  बहुत सारे चिन्ह  इस टूल के अंतर्गत आपको मिल जाते हैं जो आपके कीबोर्ड में नहीं होते हैं।
