MS Excel View Tab In Hindi ॥ MS Excel View Tab॥

वर्क बुक से संबंधित विभिन्न View के समायोजन इस टैब में प्रस्तुत आदेश के साथ किया जा सकता है।

Adjustments of various views related to work book can be done with the command presented in this tab.

वर्क बुक ब्लू ॥ Work Book View॥

वर्क बुक व्यू का प्रयोग हम प्रायः  तब  करते हैं, जब हमें किसी पेज का प्रिंट निकालना होता है। आप इस सुविधा से पेज लेआउट(Page Layout), फुल स्क्रीन(Full Screen), आदि का प्रयोग कर सकते हैं।

We often use the work book view when we have to print a page. You can use this feature on Page Layout, Full Screen, etc.

शो ॥ Show॥

अगर आपके पेज में किसी वजह से Ruler नहीं आ रहा है तो आप Show / Hide  के अंदर Ruler  पर क्लिक कर सकते हैं. 

If for some reason Ruler is not coming in your page, then you can click on Ruler inside Show / Hide.

जूम॥Zoom॥

जूम का प्रयोग हम जूम करने के लिए  किया जाता है,  जूम बटन पर क्लिक करें और आपके पास एक विंडो आएगी उचित विकल्प का प्रयोग कर आप अपनी जरूरत के हिसाब से ज़ूम  कर सकते हैं।  

Zoom is used for zooming, click on the zoom button and you will get a window, using the appropriate option, you can zoom according to your need.

विंडो॥Window॥

यह ग्रुप एक्सेल की अलग-अलग Window को व्यवस्थित करता है। इसकी सहायता से कार्य को भागो  में विभाजित किया जा सकता है इसके द्वारा अभिलेख(Document ) के अलग-अलग बिंदुओं को एक ही समय पर देखा जा सकता है और उन  पर काम किया जा सकता है। 

This group organizes the different windows of Excel. With its help, the work can be divided into parts, by which different points of the document can be seen and worked on at the same time.

मैक्रोस ॥Macros॥

इसे कमांड की सहायता से माक्रोस  एक सूची दिखाता है जिसके द्वारा माक्रोस को चलाया ,बनाया अथवा डिलीट किया जा सकता है।  अपनी कमांडो को रिकॉर्ड भी किया जा सकता है , आप एम एस एक्सेल के अंदर कोई भी काम कर रहे हो उस कार्य  को रिकॉर्ड भी कर सकते हैं।

With the help of this command, the  Macros show a list by which the macros can be run, created or deleted. Your commands can also be recorded, you can also record any work you are doing inside MS Excel.
